Refund & Shipping Policies

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at grow@theufc.com.au.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates for our products are calculated based on the size and weight of the items you order, as well as your location. We utilise real-time Australia Post rates to determine the shipping cost.

Order Processing:

Delivery times are tricky to provide these days. You’ll be able to check your unique delivery estimate provided by Australia Post via the tracking link in your email with the subject “Your order has been shipped!”.

Free Pickup Option:

We offer a free pickup option for our customers. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please select the pickup option during checkout. Our pickup location and instructions will be provided to you.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Returns:

We accept returns if the buyer sends the goods back in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed, with the deduction of any postage costs and a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20%.

Cancellation of Completed Orders:

Cancellation of completed orders incurs a 10% to 15% fee to cover PayPal and bank fees. Unfortunately, these payment processors do not refund us for their payment fees.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

In the rare event of your parcel containing damaged items, please accept the delivery and capture photos of all damaged items. Email us these photos, and in most cases, we will either refund the damaged goods or include replacements with your next order

Goods Refused and Returned:

Items that are refused and subsequently returned to us unopened will be treated as returns and are subject to our refunds and returns policy detailed above.

Shipping Insurance:

For larger items such as Flow Hoods or HEPA Filters, we strongly recommend requesting shipping insurance. Despite our best efforts to protect these items during shipping, there is a small possibility of damage occurring during transit.
